Scott is a designer and engineering dabbler who has over 15 years of experience in civic tech. He’s worked with various levels of federal and local government. Scott’s work includes National Science Foundation (NSF) and Thrift Savings Program (TSP). He is an alum of both 18F and NIC Inc and brings a passion for web standards, human centered design, and research.
