Ad Hoc begins user experience research work on Hospital Quality Reporting Project

Today, Ad Hoc began work as a subcontractor to our prime contractor partner, Bellese, on the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Task Order under ADELE-QRI.

Here’s how Bellese describes the overall project:

The HQR suite of applications and reports has been implemented in support of Federally mandated programs that govern the quality of care provided in multiple hospital settings. HQR uses data submissions, claims, and other data sets to calculate and publicly report quality measures and scores, and to determine payment adjustments for more than 5,000 facilities. The HQR Task Order calls for the transformation of the current state of HQR, through focused process and technical improvement efforts to a simplified and improved state with the goal of providing timely and accurate quality measure information to providers through improved system functionality, architecture and user interaction.

Ad Hoc is providing the User Experience Research team, four professionals responsible for conducting all research.
