Prior to joining Ad Hoc, Jennifer served as 18F’s first Talent Director, leading the organization through significant growth and advocating for staff needs throughout their lifecycle. She was also instrumental in standing up the U.S. Digital Service’s talent pipeline in 2015. From there, Jen became the Chief of Staff at the General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Service and Senior Advisor for the FAS Office of Systems Management.

As Talent Director, Jen will also serve as the chief advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, and is charged with building programs to grow diverse perspectives within Ad Hoc and measure the engagement of diversity within Ad Hoc.

“Jennifer is an important addition to our team”, said Greg Gershman, CEO and Co-founder of Ad Hoc. “She will build and scale our talent acquisition process across multiple programs and teams, with specific focus paid to the direction and trajectory of the company as a whole. One of our core values is “Build Great Teams,” and attracting and retaining talent is essential in achieving that goal”.

“I’m thrilled to join this growing organization”, said Jennifer. “The digital services that agencies are delivering in partnership with Ad Hoc are critically important to our citizens. The tangible outcomes are better- working systems and applications, but what we’re really shipping are people. I’m looking forward to bringing on more skilled and passionate individuals who reflect our country’s constituents, and enabling an environment that allows them to thrive.”
